These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Yogini Wellness's Website, located at https://www.yoginiwellness.com.au.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Yogini Wellness if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Studio Pass Terms and Conditions:
Direct Debit: Studio passes are paid via direct debit from a credit card each week or month. Auto-Renew: Passes automatically renew each week/month No Contract: Cancel anytime. 2 Week Trial: Receive unlimited access to studio classes for 2 weeks.. The trial will commence from the first class attended. Unless notified in writing, the trial will convert to the weekly Studio Pass $29/ week (no contract) with the first payment of $29 processed on the day after your trial ends. You also have the option to convert to a cheaper monthly pass for $110 / Month (no-contract). Please provide notice 48 hrs before the payment is due if you do not wish to convert to a weekly studio pass or want to take up the monthly studio pass option.
Trial Conditions: Terms and Conditions for Using Yogini Wellness Studio
1. General Agreement
By booking, attending, or using the facilities at Yogini Wellness, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you don't comply, you may lose access to the studio and its services.
2. Membership and Class Passes
Memberships and class passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid only for the specified duration.
Class passes cannot be shared among multiple users.
Yogini Wellness reserves the right to amend pricing and membership terms at anytime.
3. Booking and Cancellations
Pre-booking is required for all yoga classes, wellness sessions, and workshops.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class or session to ensure a serene environment for all participants.
4. Studio and Wellness Etiquette
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to prepare and settle in.
Silence all mobile devices during classes and wellness sessions.
Respect other students, instructors, and the studio’s serene environment.
Clean shared equipment after use and store it in designated areas.
5. Health and Safety
Participants must inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations before the class begins.
Participation in yoga, wellness sessions, and other activities is voluntary and at your own risk.
Yogini Wellness is not responsible for injuries sustained during practice or use of facilities.
Notify staff immediately if you feel unwell or require assistance.
6. Personal Belongings
Yogini Wellness is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Please use lockers or secure storage if available.
7. Use of Facilities
Studio equipment and wellness facilities are for authorized classes and sessions only.
Unauthorized use of the premises or equipment is prohibited.
Participants are responsible for maintaining a clean and respectful space.
8. Code of Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Yogini Wellness reserves the right to deny access to individuals violating the code of conduct.
9. Liability Waiver
By attending classes or using the wellness facilities, you release Yogini Wellness, its instructors, practitioners, and staff from all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.
You understand that Yogini Wellness Studio is not fully commercial yet and cannot assume liability for any injuries or claims arising from participation in our classes.
10. Changes to Terms
Yogini Wellness reserves the right to update these terms and conditions any time. Updated terms will be made available on the studio website or communicated via email.
